This policy explains what information The Nora Hotel ("we", "us") collects when you use our guest WiFi network, how we use it, and the choices you have. By checking the box and selecting Join and Connect, you agree to this policy.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment information to use the guest WiFi. When your device connects, our network equipment automatically records technical information needed to provide access:
We do not use the guest network to read the content of your communications, such as your messages, emails, or the pages you view.
We do not sell or rent this information. We share it only with the service providers who install, operate, and support our network and equipment, who may use it only to provide those services; when required by law or legal process; or when needed to protect the safety, rights, or property of our guests, staff, or the hotel.
This sign-in page loads its fonts from Google, which may receive your device's IP address. Once you are online, the websites, apps, and services you use are governed by their own privacy policies.
Connection records are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted, unless we need them longer to investigate a security incident or to meet a legal obligation.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. Like any public WiFi network, the guest network cannot guarantee complete security. We recommend using secure (HTTPS) websites or a VPN for sensitive activity.
Please do not use the guest WiFi for unlawful activity, to interfere with the network or other guests, or to access content that is illegal. We may limit or end access for any device that does.
The guest WiFi is not directed to children under 13. Minors should use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Using the guest WiFi is optional. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not connect. You may ask about, or request deletion of, the connection records for your device by contacting us with your device's MAC address.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
